Spring Dinner Dance April 29, 2011
Participation Options -Subject to change
Choose any one of the following options: Note: There is only 1 commitment per family.
1. Purchase 2 tickets – Attend the dance at $150 per couple (Tickets can be donated) by March 15, 2011 (Tickets will go on sale in January)
2. Sell or Purchase Table Sponsorship ($250/$500) - Contact Tricia Bieniek (586)781-3538 or
3. Sell $150 worth of advertising for Program Book by March 1st, 2011 - Contact Michelle Vincent (586)799-7165 or

4. Sell $200 worth of Raffle Tickets, contact Jim Ososkie at 586-247-4256, sold by April 1st
5. Donate Auction Items with a value of $150 or more.

6. Purchase items to fill a gift basket with a retail value of at-least $150.

8. Volunteer your time working on various sub-committees (minimum 8 hours). There are a limited number of positions available and are assigned 1st come, 1st serve. You must contact the appropriate person and get scheduled. There will be a mandatory planning meeting in March.
